Leadership within Global Trade is not interested in developing the employee. Mid-level leaders that are selected are those who will not threaten the position of the senior leaders who do not possess strong leadership skills. Promotions are not determined by merit but rather by favoritism. There are retaliation and unethical practices. Also there is a disparity in wages for women and diverse employees are not promoted. This company continues to be an all boys club.
