Pros
1. Because of lower skill sets work (not any challenge) the work pressure appeared to be very less. 2. Flexible working hours. 3. The older you be with this organisation the more fame you will be get, provided you have good skill sets and one is extrovert. 4. Uselessly more focussed on inovations, but good to learn and research new things. 5. Nice opportunities to travel onsite(UK/US/Australia, etc). Mostly United States, of you are good at some of your developer skills and have high demand. (and ofcourse if you get a Visa!). They very frequently send for long term as well. The perdiems are very attractive. 6. I personally felt , they have care for high valued employees, do very best to retain them.
Cons
1. After some time one would be just stuck in doing same work over and over of different versions of aircraft. 2. Testing is more focussed area at India Design Center -This area rarely has nay challenge, just same old mudane work. 3. High quality developed several years ago, one just have to tweak if at all new project comes in with newer functionality. 4. Lot of properiatery tools and software. 5. Management politics during promotions and compensation. One really has to be proof his/her worth for good compensation. 6. Only 20% of employees do actual work, remaining just play around. Those 20% will enjoy good compensation and appraisals. 7. HR , Admins are very frustrating to work with. They keep switching too. 8. Internal tools/process are still under development and it's not well structured. 9. Management has zero idea about project.
