EVACS business unit - toxic and going downhill - Senior Project Engineer Collins Aerospace Employee Review

I worked here briefly but will share my insights. There are cliques of different people - engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, etc. Nobody likes helping one another out unless you've been there forever. I worked in Engineering and it's super toxic. The management likes to go to lunch together and it is clear they have their own crew. They rarely converse with employees and if they do it is very surface level. They have their favorites and if you aren't part of the club - good luck. If you are considering working here, ask them how much of the product has been sent to India and how many people have been laid off in the past few years. It is clear that the company is dying.
