      - Great work life balance - Interesting work - Remote - Lots of latitude to ideate and build interesting stuff if it can drive value

      Cons

      - In place promotions can be difficult to obtain - Once you are in the company, your salary will slowly creep towards the bottom of the salary range - Data ecosystem is immature (for example, AI is very difficult to implement) - Work with non-technical customers can be difficult
