Pros

-Good benefits, great 401k match; -Some people are very nice, but NO ONE is your friend/has your back. You can find nice people in survey, interns, marketing, events, billing, accounting, traffic, and operations. -Some engineers are nice and will answer your questions in detail.

Cons

-Pay is well below market pay; -List of values that seem great until you realize no one abides by them (e.g. see coworkers making fun of someone with a disability and say something, nothing done; same coworker shares words that harm two engineers reputations in front of others and say something, nothing done; report plagiarism, nothing done). -Toxic, Hostile workplace culture; -Diversity, equality, and inclusion are nonexistent; -Favoritism: if you’ve been on the team for more than a year or have a managers title, there’s work/life balance; -Confidentiality is breached and negative gossip is shared, bringing overall morale down; -Team and managers have no empathy or care for people and what they’re going through; -ZERO training. The expect to be an expert at all things because if you are not, you will be told you’re a traitor or sabotaging the team/work/environment. -Make a mistake and suffer for it.
