      1. You will gain good experience 2. Money is not bad for 1-3 years developer (get offers when appraisals are close) 3. You will learn to handle pressure 4. No politics as employess dont stay for long in the company 5. Relaxed leave policy and office timings 6. All salary components are in hand 7. Salary comes on time

      Cons

      1. Regular firing (of old and new employees both) 2. Production bugs are fixed directly on prod servers and no systematic development 3. The cheapest tools are used 4. Unethical business practices
