Pros
This is still a relatively young company (2019), and is super open to innovation! Working here, I truly feel my voice and perspective are heard and valued, and I get the opportunity to ensure the people I support also understand that their perspectives are valued and essential to the growth of the company. I also really enjoy being on this team with my colleagues - we know our role, are open to growth/change, and have regular space to communicate with one another. We're able to grow together in our skills and capacities, while seeking the betterment of the company as a whole.
Cons
While I don't believe this is inherently a con, this is a fully remote role. Just listing it here because I'm required to list a con, but in the same way that there's flexibility in terms of working from home, it's also helpful to keep in mind for people who prefer person-to-person interaction. Overall, I still feel like I have great relationships with my colleagues and if I were to see them out, we'd just be able to pick up in genuine conversation because we care about each other.
