Pros
None aside maybe the coworkers ... even then some of them have their own groups and talk behind people's backs.
Cons
- Pay sucks only at $17 hr with no option for a raise if you take the benefits your pay is more like $15. - Attendance based over actual support; Students are clearly just numbers even if they say its not. - Nepotism all higher ups are related or married to each other; promotions seem to only be those favored over actually qualified people. - Money is spent on fancy luncheons and incentives to make students attend opposed to paying workers a fair wage (again students are just numbers) - Fired HR department; often tells workers to talk problems out amongst themselves - Students who wish to leave are convinced to stay which does not feel good as these are students with mental disabilities. - Told to stalk Students to have them attend sessions - They made it hard to find reviews on indeed cause they are poor as well. Overall a bad company with so man red flags I wouldnt apply and just run from it.
