No Pros actually. However, the colleagues are good but not helpful.

In one word this is the most cheater company I have ever seen. They hire you with a sum of money, but at time of the salary, they reduce the amount. Not only this, they even not help to give the proper training to work on their projects. They have a very few employees as they fire the employees at any moment. This is not their fault. When they close down their projects and when they do not need you for this, they will drop you out form the company. At the time expelling, they give you half of your salary. The management is really worse. Don't join this company, otherwise, they can ruin your career.

I think most of IT company need quantity work, but in this company always need quality work and it’s can help for growth and learn. Great Work culture, Best of talented colleagues, Flexible working hours, team training meeting out of city, trip, cricket tournament these all helping for relaxing work. I am always feeling as a company's family member not a employee.

There is no room for a person who don't want to grow and who want to work as employee . Beware if you are lazy and just working for peanuts.
