Overall lack of managerial/executive support. Claims to have a great company culture, but those in leadership roles tend to micromanage and are often manipulative. They also take pride in a “work-life balance,” but new CEO has required employees to be in office five days a week (instead of the prior schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 remote) unless you make a certain amount of commission. Pay is very low and processes make it difficult to start earning commission. Extremely high expectations are put on employees to hit certain metrics, even when those employees aren’t set up properly for success. I met great coworkers here, but that was genuinely the best part of the entire job for me.
