One of worst company I ever worked in my 10 years careers - Lead Developer Collabera Employee Review

Collabera HR hides so many things from the employee right from day one. Such as in my case they said I will be permanent employee of the collabera but later I came to know that Its purely contract role and after the contracts gets over at client side I did not received any salary. My Last months salary, Salay slip and relieving letter they kept on hold for 2 months. Collabera HR not intertained there employee after you leave there organization, not responding to calls and emails. They fool there employee by saying you will be on probation period for 6 month and during probation period notice period from both side is 1 month. Also you can not take leave before 4 month and on 5th month they give notice to there employee saying your contract will get over in next month. so during notice you can not take leave. In short you have only month for leave, so this is how they are fooling people. One of the worst and garbage company to work.
