      Working from home is a plus so that you can avoid the hassles of the daily commute. Not having folks breathing down your back all of the time is helpful.

      Cons

      Ineffective management; too many personal squabbles, ownership is unreliable and a bit dishonest. Managers have outside interests that conflict with best practices.

      Work from home, very involved in all levels of the company and its vision. Management asks for input then listens and implements.

      Cons

      Miss the interaction with others on a daily basis. Working remotely with clients can be challenging.
