- Poor leadership - Toxic employees who spoke negatively of more talented colleagues in my presence - No handover of responsibilities/ debrief - No standard operating procedures - Communication sporadic at best - Unlicensed / expired agents conducting transactions - Non-productive meetings that centered around the CEO’s ego being fluffed - Ethically stunted (after aggressively recruiting me away from another company, stranded me jobless and has not paid funds owed)
