Thank you for taking the time to leave a detailed review.
We're pleased to hear that you valued the support of your colleagues and that your time with us helped you develop your technical skills. Our team is one of our greatest strengths, and we're proud that many employees build strong technical foundations and lasting professional relationships here.
We're glad you enjoyed the unlimited free drinks along with the free breakfast on Fridays. We're also happy to hear that our efforts to have the new office fully air-conditioned was a pro during your time with us.
We also appreciate the constructive feedback. We recognise that a fast-paced environment can be challenging, particularly during periods of growth, and we're always looking for ways to improve the employee experience.
We would like to provide some additional context on a few points raised. Our current office has been occupied for less than a year after being fully renovated, and while there were some facilities issues during the transition, these have since been addressed, including the installation of blinds. While we accept that some improvements took longer than anyone would have liked, we continue to invest in creating a better working environment for our team.
We also want to address the suggestion that being a family-owned business creates a conflict of interest. Many successful businesses are family-founded and family-run, and we do not believe ownership structure alone determines how employees are treated or how decisions are made. We are committed to operating professionally, fairly, and in the best interests of both our employees and our customers.
Employee feedback remains important to us. While we won't always get everything right, we do listen, and many improvements across the business have come directly from suggestions made by employees.
The past few years have presented challenges for many businesses across the UK, and we are not immune to those wider economic pressures. That said, we remain committed to supporting our employees, improving where we can, and ensuring that feedback continues to inform how we operate as a business.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you every success in the future.
