Pros
Overtime tended to be readily available.
Cons
No real job growth offered(You have employees there who have held the same job title for the past 15 or so years). Most of the people are miserable with nothing good to say about the company or the Managers who don't always tend to be the most knowledgeable about the job at hand, compared to some of the workers who may have 15+ years of experience manufacturing a certain type of part. Most of the employees don't speak English, its either Polish or Spanish. The ones who do speak English don't stay long as they manage to find a better and proper job, fairly quickly. Workers have been fired due to being off sick. Apparently, certain managers are allowed to take long 60 minute lunch breaks, while everyone else is only allowed a 30 minute break.
