Chinese working culture and a lot of politics. Much pressure from Binance and CZ.

Workload is reasonable and manageable, team members are very driven and supportive, and the work environment is friendly with minimal office politics or gossip.

There are very few team building activities and limited opportunities to interact with colleagues in person. Team members tend to be quite distant from each other.
