CEO - a lot of red flags
Management - no communication, zero planning and if there is doesn’t translate to the company’s ongoing operations.
Workload - unhealthy work culture. People who perform too much or worked to the bone are made the standard for everyone which results to improper workload management and expectations
Salary - lowest I’ve gotten. When asked to be negotiated. They’ll make up some terms in order for you to sign. Pay is dependent on the country you’re in and they’ll just put it a little above the minimum wage.
There’s no KPI’s followed which in turn amplifies any mistakes and shadows any good you’ve done
Jobs outside of your role are being tasked and there are no compensations for it.
