Poor leadership, with the exception of the engineering manager. Every other manager cultivates a toxic work environment. Poor salary/money. Never received a good raise or even a promotion even though ALL of my year end reviews were excellent. My favorite was when I didn't get a raise at all and they sighted that I was at the upper end of my salary range for my job title. When I asked to see the range they refused and said they didn't have to show me.
