      Equipment was nice and always updated, they sent gifts at the end of the year. A blanket and t shirt , and charging pad. They want you to grow but have favorites and once you are sick one day it changes quickly

      Intense with favoritism, and using time off the clock to get systems running

      Pros

      The support of the team lead and supervisor were great. Remote work. Provided hardware with tutorials for new users of MacBooks.

      Cons

      I believe more training time should be had as most people only had 1-2 weeks of training before you were on your own. Had to constantly be on camera, unless you were in the bathroom, break, or on lunch.
