* You are not tagged according to skillset, I am working from 4.5 yrs in Cogni and I was in AIML, but when I was moved to bench due to lack of projects in the company for that domain, I was put in Informatica support project and I was stuck there for 2 yrs and it was very suffocating for me to deal with always monitoring, sat support , bad manager and poor health overall, I somehow escaped it voluntarily and picked up another project in the field I prefer, so In short, you may have to fight for what you deserve *Increments are poor and cycles are not even fixed, in april they say in august you will get increment and then in august they shifted to november and then in November, you get the increment you were waiting for... 2.58%, yes 2.58, they literally pay you within your rating for the year, if someone got 5 stars they may at max get 5% increment, and for me I got 3 rating and 2.58% increment only
