Allowed to grow and learn whatever we needed to get the work done. I grew and learned so much while I was there. Employees were incredibly helpful. Company put employees first for a long time, after COVID lock down, no one was forced to return to the office, and permanent remote work was allowed.... until.
Cons
Absolute lack of direction, sudden drastic shift in culture. Ordering returns to office for all employees, and rarely ever got salary adjustments.
