Pros
Working on new product. Being apart of the work to bring it to the public. Working with very intelligent people. The team atmosphere. Their commitment to quality. I enjoyed working on RMA's and fixing them. Determining what caused a unit to fail. I enjoyed being a part of the team to better and more versatile units.
Cons
Getting parts sometimes for old units. The slow season between starting a new product and having finished getting the last new one up and running.
