Pros
Cogentrix is a fast paced environment with a high quality workforce. The fact that so many employees have spent the majority of their careers here speaks to the quality of the organization.
Cons
It's a relatively small company, so people may find themselves in a situation where they can't move up until someone decides to leave, though that has not been my experience so far.
