      Work life Balance is good

      HR policies are very poor , Specially Mumbai HR are very lazy and don't provide any support. Management is really Poor , Manager doesn't have capability to share his view infront of Clients. Poor Salary Structure. Niitian's doesn't have good Technical Knowledge.
