I joined the company in April 2026. At the time of my onboarding, there was no client interview, so I was initially assigned to the bench. During the next three months. I did not receive any client interview opportunities. Due to the lack of project allocation, the HR team later asked me to resign. This happened with everyone.

Cons

A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
