      Pros

      The teamwork is really fun, there is a good community with events also happening for the staff. Hours are flexible and managers are generally happy to help move things around.

      Can be very intense work, and a gossipy environment.

      For a part time shifts can vary from 4 to 8 h

      Cons

      Very low pay Often there are not enough workers during a shift, so the workload is way more than the one that should be fair for 1 person
