Thanks for the great feedback. Hopefully the underperformance you are referencing is not a long-term situation? We definitely pick up the slack for our teammates when they are going through a rough patch, but long-term underperformance is not something we tolerate. I will encourage the managers in your office to get more one-on-one time to collect feedback, in hopes of correcting issues like the one you raised. Dave Ruff - CEO
