Pros
Cofertility is one of the more thoughtful startups I’ve worked with. The mission is real and that actually shows up in the way the company operates. The team is full of genuinely smart, kind people who care about the work and about each other. It’s a collaborative environment where people are willing to jump in, share ideas, and help solve problems together. Because the company is still growing, you also get a lot of exposure across different parts of the business, which keeps the work interesting and gives people the chance to take ownership early. There’s a lot of trust given to people to do good work without a lot of unnecessary bureaucracy.
Cons
Startup pace means priorities can shift but keeps things dynamic. Some processes are still being built as the company scales, but they are being done thoughtfully and with consideration for both employees and customers.
