disorganized -dysfunctional - Administrative Codman Square Health Center Employee Review

Completely unorganized and unprofessional. No training was given. Expected to do ALL with NO training and just figure out in your own. Was hired for a fill in position that turned into generalist for the entire department. Duties/job description were changed yet pay stayed the same. Everything needed done immediately yet so did your daily job duties and you were not permitted to work OT. Your skin color has a lot to do with if you will do well at this place or not….
