Pros
There can be no Pros for an organization like this
Cons
One of the most toxic and unethical workplaces I have ever experienced. - The culture is deeply disrespectful. Employees, especially women, are routinely subjected to body shaming and inappropriate comments, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable in any modern workplace. - Leadership thrives on humiliation. Public insults, belittling, and intimidation seem to be the preferred management style rather than guidance or support. - There is a complete lack of integrity in how the business operates. Practices observed included creating fake entities and clients to manipulate reporting and extract financial benefits from partners like Salesforce. - Financial transparency is questionable. There were instances where funds meant to be jointly invested in events were instead sourced entirely from external partners, with no contribution from the company itself. - Employees are treated as expendable. Salaries were deducted arbitrarily without proper communication or justification. - Work-life balance is non-existent. Staff are expected to start work extremely early, often with meetings scheduled before the workday even begins, and continue late into the night. - Excessive overtime is normalized, especially for technical teams, who are regularly expected to work until 10–11 PM without recognition or compensation. - The company enforces harsh and disproportionate penalties for minor delays, including significant salary deductions for being even a minute late. - There are serious concerns around employee relations. In one instance, an employee who properly served their notice period was still subjected to legal action by the company. - Client handling raises ethical concerns. Misleading information is often used to secure business, followed by under-delivery and additional charges framed as “after-sales support.” Overall, this is an environment driven by fear, poor ethics, and a complete disregard for employee well-being and professional standards.
