1. They hire freshers on bond signing, so you cannot leave before 2 years and you cannot get a raise, but they can fire if they feel they overhired
2. If you are an experienced developer, they will hire you to outsource to other companies. You have no stability if the project is gone, and they will fire you.
3. The senior management is all money hungry, they will make big promises and show you big dreams but stab you when work is done. Even things not written in offer letter terms will be spoken to you later because they have a clause - terms may change as per policy chang
4. Lots of ego issues between people, they will behave like kids
5. Company only retains/promotes you for three reasons-
a) you are their favorite without any reason (there are people working who will keep saying they are very busy and not do anything. Same people will try to boss you around and abuse you like they own the company.
b) You are handling some projects alone and they know if you leave the project is lost
c) you get an offer from another company but people from your team are already leaving so they want someone to stay back
6. The HR team is always mean and rude and will call you to cabin to tell the stupidest things like you did not put email for late coming etc. They will shout like mad people and disrespect people just because they are in a bad mood. No professionalism.
7. Management and HR will be on phone all day with their friends but if you take 10 minutes to call home they will send warning
8. They will expect you to work 24x7, no work from home policy- will give to favorites and even pay flight tickets if they are sick, for others they will give 14 hour task in 8hr day so people don't take work from home next time
9. They are not loyal to even their own team- issues between the co-founders made one co founder leave, which will make everyone suffer in long term
