The consistently delayed salary practices are detrimental to employees' well-being. 4. The HR practices are highly ineffective, and the HR personnel exhibit bullying behavior.

During the first 3–4 months, you might feel like you've joined a top-tier organization—salaries arrive on time, and everything seems promising. However, this initial impression quickly fades once you're more involved.

Cons

Salary payments become inconsistent. You’ll be asked to take classes, and the number of sessions will increase, but payments will be delayed or withheld. Eventually, you’ll feel stuck—unable to leave, yet uncomfortable staying. The internal environment is far from healthy. The management lacks technical skills and proper leadership, which creates a highly unprofessional atmosphere. If you care about your career growth, this may not be the right place.
