Pros
- A lot of the times you learn alongside your students, no matter which course you teach - For common problems and set-up, there is always help - Very flexible; if you could not make it to a shift, finding a replacement via Homebase was not difficult
Cons
- Can be disorganized - Students who are younger and cannot type very fast require a lot of time to fill out "Happiness Surveys" at the end of the sessions and sometimes cut into the lesson times. - Lugging case full of Equipment to and from storage and the EP school is physically difficult if you are weak and cannot lift
