      Pros

      Relatively flat structure, management is approachable. Fun atmosphere where people get stuff done. Generous leave and work-from-home policy. Smart and skilled coworkers.

      Cons

      Workplace can get a bit noisy at times. If you don't like open floor plans then this place is not for you.
