We note that you are no longer employed by Codec and we are disappointed to receive this feedback at this late stage. We hold exit interviews with those who have chosen to leave the business, to ensure we fully understand people's reasons for doing so and ensure we learn from people's experience of what they felt was positive about their time with Codec and what they felt could be improved.
