      There is a lot of technical knowledge with senior staff; great place for early career (web) developers. Most projects are based on a well-maintained set of application libraries (INCENOVA), which streamlines internal cooperation and knowledge transfer. Management is rather flexible about switching teams/projects.

      Cons

      Most projects demand a very all-round skill set, so those looking to specialize in a certain technical direction might find career opportunities limited.

      Pros

      There are skilled developers in the company you can learn from them a lot.

      Cons

      - lying - delay in paying salary 15 days. - No working balance. - Ask you to fix bugs in weekends. - Ask you to work more than 40 hours a week. - lying to clients(CEO says to the client that I am a fulltime worker in his project and I was an intern working in more than 5 projects).
