Pros
- people here are absolute gems <3
- senior leadership is super down to earth and are exceptional people leaders (really care about their teams)
- company seems to embody people first mentality
- perks/benefits/4 day work week are awesome, they make life easier
- the team I work on is supportive, funny, great at what they do, and make work enjoyable
- regular 1:1's with my manager to discuss how I'm doing, where I see myself in the company long term
- get to work on strategic projects, along with my day to day, so I feel more engaged with work and get to work on what I choose to work on
Cons
- remote work is great for saving time on commute and having more flexibility but I definitely miss team interaction (had a team offsite in Aug which was awesome, next one is in Oct - can't wait)
- typical growing pains of a start up (need for more documented processes or knowledge base to find things but we're working on it)
