Was able to to learn alot bc had many responsibilities Liked the small family style environment I am a self started and motivated this job was a good fit for me :)

Paycheck Midtown office? I was desperate for money to start paying my school loans back, otherwise I would have quit ASAP!

-small company with no growth opportunities, just looking to exploit entry level talent - horrible management -videos cameras watching you all the time -owners come in late and give you stuff to do hours before it's time to leave. They expect you to work late without compensation but watch remotely from their camera system to see if your in on time, even if you worked late the night before. My coworkers were screamed at regularly and verbally abused. -office is small and cramped, owners have a bad sample hoarding problem. -no HR- just and accountant cutting you a check. -no soft benefits at all -no accountability from owners, they are very verbally abusive and create a stressful work environment. -owners treat design as a necessary evil anyone they hire off the street can do; actually they are lazy Luddites. -this is not a place for young talent, interns, designers, or anyone really, to get experience. It is a nightmare and frankly, I am amazed they have not been shut down for their shady business practices and mistreatment of employees
