- No motivated people or self oriented - no trust to management; they play own bonus games - HR is self promoting and stadily growing dept.; they cut everywhere to make savings and take benefits for personal carrier advantage - Commercial is top on the sky; HR follows; the rest are on the ground - HC Turnover is high but not presented (always 2-4%) - No mercy/careness for older staff - No onest company support to employees , just promoton wise
