      Pros

      Ability to learn diverse skills within a particular department.

      Cons

      No opportunity to learn outside your designated department. Upper management makes incredibly bad decisions causing poor working conditions and layoff of highly skilled workers. Company throws good money after bad and the employees take the hit by losing jobs, lowered wages and excessive workload.
