      Not a place for new reps to learn they try and get you to sell to your family and friends hope you drop out and roll over the book of buissness to a senior rep

      Pros

      There is a lot of autonomy; if you want it. The payout is close to 90%.

      Cons

      Coastal with a small firm. It doesn't have the resources that a large firm has; however, the mentorship is excellent.

      Decent looking office in a good area

      Cons

      Beware if you are new to the industry. You will fail here, there are "trainings" and "support staff" but it's like the blind leading the blind.
