      Wages aren't so bad, but money isn't everything. The state offers reasonable benefits, and there are unions to back you.

      Cons

      Coalinga is a small town in the middle of no where so it is difficult to attract professionals. Work environment tends to operate at below average due to local backwoods recruiting process.

      Pros

      The pay is good and they hire new graduates. The union is decent and work to have your back. Opportunity for advancement with only a LPT License.

      Cons

      Very big place with a lot of cliques and nepotism. If you are not liked, you will be ganged up on by staff. You have to watch out for patients because they will try to take advantage of you, but they are ex cons, so it comes with the territory. If you work weekends, you will be mandated most likely.
