Nothing good to say about this company. Whatever positive reviews given here are fake & it's done by management, no employee can write good about this company. Onsite opportunity means srnding people to Bangladesh as they have there office there.

No PF payment, no salary slips given to employee. PF deductions are done but not submitted. All false commitments. CEO is a cheat no good project.Employees are sacked randomly. No one is happy working here. Salary not given in time. Contractual employees get salary after 15th of every month. Create problem during release process, asks for paying money as no one can serve 3 months notice here. Many employees are cheated, salary pending issue. A worst company I have ever worked

Last 2 years I am working here as Sr. SAP Consultant. I am really boast off my career growth and opportunity I am having currently. Thanks to Coactive IT for giving us the opportunity to grow with the time . I would definitely recommend the Job Seeker to take a chance with the company.

I respect to cons points I would say that Technical Upgradations are required for time to time for the associates.
