Friendly people, relaxed environment, easy to manage workload

I only had great experiences here, everyone was great to be around

Good tech, good product, easy problems to fix

Need to hire more people, need to pay higher salaries to get better people, need to bring in younger exec's, need CEO/founder to step aside and hire a new CEO to make tough decisions like firing some current directors/exec's instead of letting poor behavior continue. That would bring the company into modern times.
