Pros
U receive monthly bonuses if your store meets the monthly sales goal, how high or low the bonus is depends on how many hours you work. 70% discount on all outlet items, 50% discount on select retail items and 4 times out of the year you get 65% discount on select retail items. Also twice a year they will do a 90% discount on archive items/ items that didn't sell good. Also opportunities to get internships in New York for college students. Occasionally, you will get free clothes or even free bags. One time I won a free bag from a holiday raffle our store was doing.
Cons
Very customer-oriented, just be prepared to cater to the customer at all times. One of the managers I had was a little micro-aggressive but that was just my experience
