Pros
You work with great people, and you are working to create a great quality product. Health benefits are good, and options to expense late night cabs and meals are nice perks.
Cons
I have found that the work environment to be chaotic due to an overly reactionary attitudes. There is a lot of back tracking and last minute changes because leaders don't stand by there decisions, and request last minute changes because they aren't confident the right choice was made.
