Don't do it - Team Leader Coach Employee Review

The leadership over the Team Leads do not value their employees. The manager Bridgette blackmails her employees and barely knows how to use an excel spreadsheet. She takes credit for everyone else's work and never follows through with anything. ALL of the TLs have complained about the working environment for years and nothing gets done. They only care about the numbers and even when the numbers are good they will spend 10 seconds complimenting you then in the same sentence talk about what we need to change. When you do a great job with your team the only reward you get is that you now get more work.
