      chance to receive a bonus every month, big bonus every September, higher pay than other companies

      Cons

      upper management is a mess, ceo and president keep changing, the dress code is changing for the third time to meet standards of modern luxury and of course nothing is provided to PAY for the dress code change AGAIN. they also prefer you to wear coach jewelry and shoes but theyre expensive and bad quality.
