Pros
Great benefits, constant coaching and development, and service focused! This is a company that values and invests in its people. It also has team bonuses and a year end bonus based on individual performance.
Cons
Payroll can be so tight that associates can potentially feel over worked. This is especially true if your store is big or high volume because there is constant floor changes and product to put out. The key is planning and prioritizing to avoid this happening. Basically this isn't a con if you have the right people in the right place.
