Work with very impressive colleagues and get to be exposed to some serious intelligence on the sales team
Cons
-Over 50% of the customers walking in the door barely speak english, this is a serious issue when managers put a tremendous pressure on keeping conversation going with them. It makes the employees who speak other languages (specifically Chinese) automatically the favourites. -you wont be able to buy a bag you sell with a paycheque -minimum wage is laughable selling a luxury brand, i could make more money pushing carts at walmart and getting quarters -the team share commission system is based on number of hours worked, not amount in sales brought in.
